Our Adelaide hairdressers are a skilled team of experts in adding volume, length and thickness to your hair. We specialise in Tape extensions installation, re-lifts and removals. Re-lift and removal price starts from $95 per hour.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our highest priority is your happiness, so we offer a 7 day guarantee on our services. We commit to make any corrections needed. Amendment appointments must be made within 10 days of your original appointment.

If you have purchased a product and it is faulty please return to the salon within 14 days of purchase. Any change of mind or opened retail without display of fault is unable to be exchanged or refunded.

Cloud Nine & Muk are our brands of choice, if any electrical faults or manufacturing issues, please refer to the warranty with your proof of purchase.

Excel Hair and Beauty quotes are current for 4 weeks from when we consulted with you. Keep in mind any changes to services may change the pricing, we will let you know if so.

Our staff and clients' time is equally valuable, so if you’re running late please give us a call. Up to 15 minutes late we can work with, but outside of this we may have to reschedule your stylist. Keep in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Life, emergencies and unexpected things happen, we understand you may need to cancel. Within 12-24 hours is fine, but if we don’t hear from you please understand a 50% cancellation fee will be added to your next booking.


Facebook is where you can reach us outside of salon hours.

Not showing up will add a 50% fee to your next booking. We allow up to 3 “no-shows” but please understand we will be unable to book you in advance with continued missed appointments.

Our staff and client’s health and safety are our responsibility. If you are unwell, travelled from interstate/overseas hotspots, been in quarantine recently or have any of the following symptoms; cough, cold, fever or flu like symptoms please call us to reschedule. We will do our best to make another time when you are well enough.
